ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER, Irving, Texas - August 27, 2015
If you are looking to work with a fresh new company just starting this is one to try out. They still have quite a few kinks to work out with chain of command and timeliness of getting projects approved. I have seen a lot of people come and go from the company and there doesn't seem to be much job security here so be prepared to be let go if you aren't 100% on your job and willing to take a verbal beating from time to time. I wouldn't put American Communities on the bottom of my list of companies to work for but they aren't at the top of my list either. Onsite staff members have a great family tight bond but there is a significant disconnect from office level to corporate level.
