Service Center Manager, Washington, DC - June 1, 2015
Walking the floors making sure departments are taking care of, insuring the best of customer service. I've learned how to manage several deparments at one time. Management was very helpful and was there when I needed them for any guideness. Great team of co-workers, always helping each other. The hardest part of the job was travel time to and from work. 1hr into to work & 1 1/2hr traveling home from work. The most enjoyable part of the job was providing excellent customer service to all departments.
