This job is a great job for someone who wants to sit down & work. You have to be able to deal with customer using profanity on the daily basis if you're apply for the servicing special positions (collections dept.). And you will also need to be able to adapt to change swiftly.
Very hard job when people states that they don't have the money for their car payments what can you do. They want you constant to call them. The raise sucks for all the hard work after 90 days you only 3 cents raise. Customer always constantly threating this company with major law suits.

The management team is horrible. Have a lot of favoritism going on in the company. Executive leadership team is not minority friendly. They are not open to hiring any minorities in the leadership roll.

Could be a great company if every thing was fair. You don't get promoted on value or work ethics. Its who you know. Some people have been here 5 years and never gotten promoted. You could see if the people im talking about wasn't hard worker, laid out or didn't met goals but these are good worker.
