While employed at American Customer Care you can expect to have a good time while still holding a professional position and acting in a professional manner. In a short two weeks you can be trained to trouble shoot and sell a specific product.

I am glad this was only a temporary position. Work conditions were stressful and my supervisor made a habit of blaming me for things that were ultimately found to be her wrong-doing, not mine. Co-workers were rude and the supervisor did nothing to control their behavior. It was like dealing with grade school kids.

Management is constantly in a state of moodiness. Employees never know what is going to change and if they are prepared for changes. Started as Skin Care Advisor position and became total Customer Service. Very hard to make commissions. Everyone wears very unhappy faces. Many conflicts between management and workers.
