This depends on the location you will be practicing in. We have compensation analysts in-house that will help practice managers determine a competitive and fair compensation plan for each role within the local market.

All of the above needs to be done you work there for 6 years only have one raised even though your reviews are perfect absolutely no bonuses took away even getting your dental cleanings twice a year oh you can get them but you got to pay for them. What would really be great is if the someone who could actually change all of this cared enough to read it and do something about it
But obviously they don't because the same reviews have been said for years and we are still in the same position just being told be thankful you have a job

I'm a hygienist new to Temple Tx
Made the mistake of filling out application on phone vs. computer. They won't even call me. Ive called one local office and they say the job being advertised daily for along time was filled 9 months ago. I've called contact person on dentalpost. She won't return the call. Sounds like lots of issues!

In a clinical setting, working hours will vary depending on your role and which affiliate you are working for. Many affiliates offer patients evening and Saturday appointments, so there are a variety of opportunities.

At the National Resource Group in Wakefield, our core hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and you are expected to work 8 hours per day + up to 1 hour for lunch (for full time employees). Some employees work 8:00 - 5:00, some are 7:30 - 4:30, 9:00 - 6:00, etc.

This company is a joke, constant turn over. They virtually only hire people with no experience so they don't have to pay. This company is nothing but a stepping stone for people with no experience.
