Research Assistant, Redding, CA - December 31, 2017
Working for American Directions for almost two years. A typical day at work consists of calling lots of people on the phone and convincing them to take surveys/polls, I learned how to deal with the people that I talked to. Learned to take constructive criticism from management. The workplace culture is fun and friendly. The hardest part of the job is convincing people to take surveys and meeting quotas. The most enjoyable part of the job was successfully completing a lot of surveys.
