I am interested in adding a sales rep in the position of Territory Manager with American Disposal Services. ADS, a 13 year old privately held company, provides waste and recycling services for commercial, industrial, and HOA customers. We have been growing in the Georgia market aggressively for 3 years. The responsibilities for this role are 80% revenue generation and 20% account management. The rep will market and sell our services to commercial users as well as maintain relationships and provide information to our customer base in the rep's territory, a section of Metro Atlanta.
A successful sales rep will need to be articulate, organized, competitive and goal-oriented. Some sales experience (not necessarily in the industry) is preferred. Being self-motivated to sell more to earn more is a must.
