Great environment, dedicated employees, strong team players.

The work environment is extremely toxic in general, and most departments have been horrifically understaffed in all the time I've worked there. Additionally, many departments do not have the manpower to provide quality services and my entire department is burnt out and looking for other jobs. Middle management doesn't seem to want to rock the boat and – more...  go to bat for us, and upper management seems unconcerned.

If you are a healthcare professional, definitely stay away because if hired, you may not have your job for long.

Job is good for recent college graduates looking for experience in the health care industry. It is a demanding job but can be rewarding. The only drawback is the poor management which stems from the top of the company and leads to high turnover of good workers, disrespectful staff meetings, unnecessary stress, and unrealistic demands on the workers.
