You are a sensual you work your butt off and long hours. It's not uncommon to see people in the claim office on the link evening or even on weekends just to keep up. That's their expectation though. Don't say it isn't but in order to keep up and be able to not get in trouble that's essentially what you have to do. Managers are promoted based on who they know and not because they are the best candidate. If you are OK with having no work right now on send a super job for you. If you want to have a life outside of American family this probably isn't the right fit.
