Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring compliance in a National setting
Implementing regulatory changes throughout the organization, including research and training.
Manage all external regulatory audits including preparation of questionnaires for submission to regulatory authorities.
Implement policy to current compliance notices
Handles training for all employees as deemed necessary for compliance
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Strong analytical, judgment and managerial skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to cope with a rapidly changing regulatory environment on a Federal and State level.
Strong computer skills.
5 years compliance experience in mortgage lending or banking.
Extensive working knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements relating to residential loans.
Knowledge of HMDA, TILA, FCRA, Reg Z and Reg B and the Fair Housing Act
