In the year I was employed there, I learned a tremendous amount of how to manage an office from home and still keep work and home separate. Troubleshooting was often required in the day to day function; some IT and some more practical to the case manager responsibilities and duties. I enjoyed the contact with clients from all over the US and even the challenges of troubleshooting. The lack of consistency in resources was the biggest drawback, partially due to the "remote" location and no direct availability of back-up.
