Today is day 47 of a stove repair claim.... to this date, 18 calls, none less than 30 minutes, 2 service calls that I had to cancel other appointments to keep and this is CUSTOMER SERVICE?
As of this date, they've refused to pay for a furnace replacement that was condemned by the Utility company (PG&E), FINALLY reimburse me to get a competent plumber to clear a drain (their contracted plumber was here 2 hours and made the clog worse. The plumber I hire was done in 20 minutes and the drains were cleared)/
So my oven doesn't work, and Thanksgiving was otherwise ruined and here we are with Christmas approaching, they want to reimburse $60.00 for a toaster over.
<sarcasm>Sure, come on over and YOU bake the turkey...</sarcasm>
