I had some amazing coworkers and enjoyed being on the management team for the past 4 years.

Pros: in house gym, and flexible schedules, and excellent benefits.
Cons: limited employee parking.
AiS is an amazing company to work with. Their innovative IT management and Co-Location facilities are top notch. Management was always able to direct work flow effectively. Working culture is friendly and professional. Flexible working schedules, and room for growth is a must.
