Management does really train you and pushing most of the work off on us. The pay is terrible barley make industries minimum. There is little to no room from and advancement what you are payed is what you get.

Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – April 1, 2013
AIS taught me how to be innovative and function in a fast paced environment.
I had some amazing coworkers and enjoyed being on the management team for the past 4 years.
While reporting directly to the CEO, I was able to fill many roles - from website creation and development to social media and direct email campaigns, I got to role up my sleeves and make things happen.
The hardest part is leaving the company due to lack of growth. I am leaving behind some great friends and colleagues that I plan to stay in touch with for years to come.
