Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAApril 1, 2013
AIS taught me how to be innovative and function in a fast paced environment.

I had some amazing coworkers and enjoyed being on the management team for the past 4 years.

While reporting directly to the CEO, I was able to fill many roles - from website creation and development to social media and direct email campaigns, I got to role up my sleeves and make things happen.

The hardest part is leaving the company due to lack of growth. I am leaving behind some great friends and colleagues that I plan to stay in touch with for years to come.
Pros
free lunches, teamwork, felt like a family
Cons
work environment and software was out dated
