PTO incentives

Pros: we were a very tight nitched group of ladies
Cons: after a few months favortism started being showed
One of the thing i loved most about ALC was the PTO incentives. If we as indiviual reps exceeded our goal fir the day a PTO incentive was given to us. this game was played maybe twice a month.

Awful place to work
Clinic Manager (Former Employee), Long Beach, CA –
Cons: no lunch breaks, 12 hour days, no ot pay, you are working even when you are off.
This is the worst company to work for. Typically you will work 10-12 hours per day 6 or 7 days a week with no overtime pay. It's very difficult to get one day off. You are pretty much a slave here. Management is terrible and demanding.

People are great in the field.....corporate executive staff not professional.

Pros: flexible schedule.....co-workers very friendly.
Cons: executive staff very unprofessional, decietful and selfish.
Be careful company is on its last legs due to poor upper management and financial decisions.
