It's too heavy handed with the management, there is absolutely no communication between manager/supervisor and the employee. You get blindsided at least one a week, they hear complaint after complai regarding the tactless,rude and nasty behavior of team leads/supervisors and nothing is done. Upper management will tell you what they think you want to hear and please take with a grain of salt. You have supervisors who will not be truthful to save themselves and this person will point the finger at everyone but himself or whoever is in his click for the day. This supervisor will be the demise/downfall of this department, just a matter of time.
