We are growing company in Kent, WA who is looking for someone to support our accounting and business operations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have strong attention to detail. Accounting experience required and inside sales and/or customer service in a distribution environment preferred.
Must be reliable and no drama. Hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
-Managing new hire paperwork.
-Coordinating medical and dental benefits with employees and providers
-Maintain employee files
-Coordinate employee recruitment and help wanted advertisements
-Coordinate and ensure consistency in the application of company policies regarding vacation, work hours, and holidays.
-Coordinate and track service department employee training and assessments.
-Entry of daily payments from customers into financial system
-Assist in tracking of customers' orders
-Creating customer invoices
-Requesting and supplying general liability insurance certificates
-Reconciling vendor statements
Stable work history required. To confirm you have read and understand this posting please describe your accounting experience and any inside sales/customer service experience in the body our your response.
$16-18/hr DOE, plus paid benefits, bonuses, vacation, and holidays. Background check will be required as the position requires access to bank accounts.
