Manage the overall daily duties and functions of the transportation program. Overseeing staff performance, budgets, revenue, safety programs, contract negotiations, monthly quarterly and annual reports and a host of other job performance related duties as required. managed a staff of 27-33 individuals. Hardest part of the job was annual staff reviews. The most enjoyable was knowing that our program served thousands of Central Ohio senior citizens who did not have other means of transportation to their life enhancing appointments and helping them to maintain an independent lifestyle.
