This is really a nice place to work. The office environment is friendly and helpful. You get paid commission and you get leads when you start. As you put the time in, you are expected to be finding your own leads to build your own company. No matter how hard you work, you can not depend on the appointments you set or your income. The corporate office has been around since 1929 so you would expect them to have ironed out their operation but often it seems to work on the fly. Thus you never know if you are going to get paid on something until after you wrote the application. Payment schedule also frequently changes and that is not always for the good.
