American Security has horrible pay. They should start you out at $10.00 an hr and at leat $13.00 an hr for sitw supervisors. Most companies pay $15.00 for supervisors. If they would improve pay they wouldnt bleed employess so fast.

I would be more attentive, punctual, do my best to solve problems, work overtime to help staff, listen and take actions to concerns problems, be a role model to my employers, always be sure to never let great work or work ethics be unnoticed. Treat my staff as if they were family, but also make sure they know their roles, and whats expected of them and the repercussions if rules or guidelines are not followed.

The effort to get everyone on board in team roles and work effectively as a leader and to inspire them to do their very best. I would make sure that the entire company of leaders, CEO's, Managers, Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, Shift Leads, Employee Officers/Guards and New Hirees be trained all at once and appoint one specific Site Supervisor per contract to adequately train their new employees with them knowing exactly of what to do. I would make sure that the floating schedules be understood and mandated. I will make sure that permanent scheduling be effective and mandated to suit the needs of the employee. I would help direct all of the company' s heads and employees to a weekly brush up on skills and interpersonal skills where they lack in as to what position and service they are providing for the company. And I would call a monthly mandatory meeting to meet with the entire company and train them over and over to be the best and top notch to ensure that this company stays in business and that its employees are satisfied and will feel comfortable to staying on with the company and not walk out or off giving the name of the company a bad representation due to flaws in its departments of the company. I would go all out and none stop to making sure that the company stands by its name, credibility, mission, values, and goals. Also I would add on another company to make sure it stands for greatness and quality to hire people that need work and can do the job without any problems or outside stipulations.
