Non Existing upper management
Security Officer (Current Employee) – Minneapolis, MN – November 8, 2015
First off i would say that the job itself is ok. It pays the bills, and you will not get rich off of it. A day consists of patrols, writing reports, and etc. Account managers are sometimes difficult to deal with and like to favor alot. Get ready to work overtime. We been understaffed for almost a year now and headquarters never sent us any new hires, when they do its those people that you questioned how in the world they got the job. Also account managers dont care about anyone but themselves. They would decline you a day off, and force you against your will to work overtime and hold over for people who call off, but are quick to take a vacation day. Oh yeah and you wont get promoted easily because if your Account manager likes you he will not want to lose you because your his workhorse.
Free parking, Nice clients
Horribly managed, barley any promotions, long hours.
