American Solar Direct is California's fastest growing provider of solar energy for the residential market. We are looking to expand our customer base throughout California.
We have opened several regional offices throughout Southern California and are looking to build out customer contact teams to talk to new customers in the South Bay.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
** Educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy;
** Taking down accurate customer information and scheduling appointments; and
** Completing paperwork and confirming appointments.
To be considered for a Customer Contact Representative, you must possess the following:
** Good verbal and written communication skills;
** A friendly, positive personality and a professional appearance;
** Ability to meet the goals that you set;
** 1-2 years of previous experience interacting with the public;
** Reliable transportation; and
** Ability to pass a background check.
No previous solar experience is required.
