Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Management of projects coordinating between clients and production
-Define and facilitate the project scope, tasks and proper resource information
-Oversee projects from fee estimating, proposals, planning, scheduling and delegating the production team for a successful completion
-Monitor and communicate status to both production team and clients of projects and revise accordingly to meet deadlines
-Coordinate with Senior Account Manager and other department managers

Qualifications:
-Multi task between numerous projects, details and job tasks
-Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
-Communicate, planning and Organization
-Show leadership, delegate and team work
-Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
-Detail Oriented
-Hard working, dedicated go getter attitude
-Commercial Real Estate transaction experience preferred
-Commercial Real Estate Paralegal transaction experience preferred
