The successful candidate will also have:

- Excellent communication skills and handle in/outbound calls as well as appt. setting
- A warm, approachable manner
- Experience in a customer service position
- Experience using MS office software

As an office admin assistant, you will:

- Meet and greet clients and customers
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
- Manage customer order entries
- Update client databases
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support other departments

$13-15 Depending on experience
