A typical day began with call backs from prior days and an update on all open claims. Then contact with corporate and view new claims. Contact all new claimants and insured location within 24 hours of incident report. Study the claim/incident. If claimant had representation such as an attorney, then the attorney must be contacted to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
