  I'm all for company rules and new ideas that benefit the company and the employees,but the new alm system is fraught with drawbacks. The system is designed to calculate the exact times it takes for employees to complete tasks and does not put into account the variables of doing such tasks! In addition when management does nothing to Improve morale the system becomes corrupt and the "cutthroat" mentality begins,not to mention the false documentation and manipulation of the so- called"numbers!" The workplace further suffers when there is gross incompetence by management as well.Simple tasks such as time cards on time on Fridays,safety awards not forgotten for months on end,and incomplete pre-shift meetings further add to the morale problem. It's ashame the mentality of throwing money at workers thinking that will make them work any harder! what BS! I know many workers who would rather have respect and the feeling of being appreciated.I know I would.
