AmeriGas Partners, L.P. is a retail propane distributor in the United States. As at September 30, 2007, it served approximately 1.3 million residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and motor fuel customers from approximately 650 district locations in 46 states. It conducts its business principally through its subsidiary, AmeriGas Propane, L.P. (AmeriGas OLP) and its subsidiary, AmeriGas Eagle Propane, L.P. (Eagle OLP and together with AmeriGas OLP, the Operating Partnership). The Partnership also sells, installs and services propane appliances, including heating systems.
