The work is good, but therer are more detractors than can be counted. Safety is a primary focus to the point it has created a hostile work enviroment. Everything and anything can easily be made into a safety issue. Advancement, well let's just say, you can have all the experience in the industry that is possible, and they will hire a computer nerd with just a couple of years over someone with decades.
Overall, it's not what you know, but who you know, or blow!
This company needs to completely overhaul their culture and how they treat customers as well.

There is no job security. You feel like your job is in the balance every time you go to work. A very uneasy place to be employed.

The safety Department is run by Rude and power-hungry individuals. They seek an opportunity to throw someone under the bus to try and make themselves look like they're doing a superb job. I worked for AmeriGas 18 months and finally turned in my resignation.

Team mates will throw you under the bus to protect themselves. Lots of favoritism if you don't fit they will make it hard for you. Management doesn't care, people come late to work management does nothing about it.

Upper managers will throw you under the bus for no reason. Claim safety first but was the most illegal and worst safety training company I was associated with and I have 3 decades in this business. Scary place.
