Drivers make this company its money. Without them, no one gets paid. treat the drivers accordingly and the rest will fall into place. Non CDL drivers cannot judge CDL drivers. kangaroo courts only serve to deliver hostility toward the company. Talk with your people, or not. Eventually there will be no one left to deliver this companies product.

This is a loaded question. People leave because they feel unappreciated, overwhelmed, threatened.
AmeriGas needs to completely review and maybe interview long term employees and ask the right questions. Not just questions they want to hear answers to, but real answers from real employees.

Focus on the real issues like the obvious outdated unsafe locations. Eliminate the pork barrel in the front office which would free up money to address the real problem. Drivers are the only people that make money for this company, but are treated like red-headed stepchildren. Nonetheless I am beating a dead horse and none of this will change.
