All employées worked as a team
Chief Engineer (Former Employee) – Fresno, CA – October 20, 2017
Due to the work load all employee's worked as a team in order to complete assignments, and to allow PM's to be performed on all machine's.Every machine was a learning experience to work on .I had never worked on these types of equipment before,Electrical,
pneumatic, hydraulic's are all similar just different configurations.PLC's share the same traits also.Work days were very intense due to the many different piece's of production equipment and their age. Work place culture and production needs had to maintain the highest of standers in order to meet production needs. Budgets were shared in order to stay on target with
corporate operating profit this was the first time I worked for a company that shared all budgets to achieve their goals. One of the many expectation's of my job was to blend all departments needs
in order to stay within budget the most challenging part of my job.
The hardest part of my job was the balancing of high expectations within budget, production and maintenance. The most enjoyable
part of my job was to meet these goals on a monthly basis with little to no negative feed back.
Bonuses, meeting expectations, making a profit for the company
Hight production needs, working on extremely hot machinery, short staffing
