As a leader I work long hours on a semi-regular basis. I choose to work longer hours to ensure my team feels fully supported and also do so when we are short staffed. I enjoy being at work which makes the long hours more than tolerable.

This is a salary based job. Deadlines and quality work seem to be Google's main concern. They also provide adequate vacation time. Working hours are the best I have ever experienced.
