Fun and Productive work environment

Pros: fun place and ideal compensation
Cons: temporary position
I get to work about 8 AM and enter trucking tickets, trucking time sheets, and foreman time sheets into the computer. I scan and email documents from our work site up to corporate, answer the phones, and type up meeting minutes for the project supervisor.

Cons: does not take care of it's better employees
Very large company that has lost much of it's human element. Places more attention toward quantity than quality. Treats most of it's employees as numbers rather than people.
