Team Member (Current Employee), Maidstone – August 27, 2012
Management can be awkward to work with ! Not a lot of training provided, natural human mistakes are taken as a serious offence, Best part is the people other than managers i work with !
Chief Technician (Former Employee), Devon – August 3, 2012
Pros: cheap bowling!
Cons: long hours, often covering shifts, coming in on days off to assist trainees
I spent some time as a Chief Technician, it was a very demanding job that often overlapped with my days off. I learned many mechanical and DIY skills whilst there and a lot of new social skills. The management team at the time was one of the best within the company and supported me whenever I needed it. Co-workers came and went quite often, but some – more... good friends were made and you always had a good time! The hardest part of the job was the staff turnover, just as you trained a new technician he up and left then you had to start all over again! And it wasn't easy! The best part of the job was the satisfaction of seeing all the machines running smoothly together. – less
