Pros: nothing about this company is a pro unless you are desperate for a job.
Cons: very low pay, no benefits, no paid time off, nepotism, unethical business practices, etc.
Family run business with unethical and illegal practices. Owners do not get along nor see the business the same way. Instead of using their differences to brainstorm, they pit other employees against each other to take sides and/ or deal with harassing behavior.
No paid time off or other benefits to mention. They do provide health insurance however – more... at a very minimum cost to them and very high to their employees. For example, a typical HMO for employee only will cost approximately $120 biweekly to the employee and the rates go up from there. They offer dependent coverage but do not contribute to the premiums.
For office positions pay scales are way below market value. Field positions are low as well. If you attempt to request a raise you are informed negatively and basically told no. The owners beliefs are that others are standing in line to work for them so go ahead and resign.
There is no work to life balance. One due to no paid time off and long hours that you are expected to follow (for office positions).
Nepotism runs rampant at this company as well as favorites and one off deals. – less
