Amplifi Commerce is looking for an experienced eCommerce Business Analyst to join our growing Business Strategy group. At Amplifi Commerce, you will work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment with other skilled resources to design and deliver engaging, transactional websites and applications.
The ideal candidate will have solid BA experience with Oracle Commerce and Endeca and can demonstrate that experience in creating detailed requirements documentation for high-volume eCommerce applications and websites.
Demonstrated consulting experience is essential, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and business owners as well as technical resources. Listening, collaboration, and active problem-solving skills are crucial to this role, since the Business Analyst will work closely with a team of business, creative and technical professionals in a fast-paced design and development process.

o Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering eCommerce projects across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a specific focus on requirements documentation
o Skilled in preparing requirements,specifications, business processes and recommendations
o Strong written and verbal English communication skills
o Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements
o Identify and coordinate data definitions across deliverables to ensure consistency
o Review system and organization business processes to improve business activities and performance
o Assess business process gaps and required changes to address gaps
o Prepare, or assist in the preparation of, financial models and competitive analyses for client projects and as needed for pre-sales and business development activities
o Develop system requirements, use cases, conceptual process models, and related documentation
o Facilitate the process of generating, documenting, and maintaining As-Is and To-Be business workflows following standard processes, procedures, and notations
o Maintain specifications and requirements documentation, under the direction of the Project Manager
o Provide input to development, quality assurance, and production of project documentation, system documentation, testing protocols, training materials, and system help files
o Exhibit confidence and a thorough knowledge of emerging industry practices
Experience building financial models, compiling detailed competitive analyses, designing and managing user-acceptance testing, and documenting complex workflows and processes is highly desired.
Bachelors degree in computer science or business, or equivalent work experience
