As a commission only sales representative, my schedule was pretty much up to me. Motivation for representatives was more income. It was a pretty relaxed and fun office environment, primarily driven my peer competition.
This was my start in a new industry, having been in the medical field for many years. Everything was new and exciting for me. Management and manufacturer representatives supported me the entire time I was at AmSan.
I really enjoyed my customers and the opportunity to meet and know prospects. When the locally owned/operated company sold to a new and not so organized corporation things changed from a customer driven operation to an egotistical top down operation. Though this effected many in our offices, as an outside sales representative this affected me rarely.
