Never realized what a good company was till I wasn't there anymore ..

Pros: continous learning, interaction with engineering, wonderful benefits.
Cons: how unstable it became after 9/11
Answer emails. Check status of products running through the line. Update databases. Update any New Product information. Attend product status meetings. Submit minutes from status meetings. Submit parts for testing. After being there for 28 yrs, I understood and knew how a new product was developed. Co-workers were wonderful to work with. It's the company where I'd like to retired
Test Equipment Engineer (Former Employee), Philippines –
Pros: meal allowance, rice allowance, medial insurance, dental and optics. in house doctor, nurse duty 24/7.
It's a very pleasant experience working in Analog Devices Inc. GT.
If we only not to migrate in a different country I would not leave.
Benefits may not be excellent but they are better than the average company can provide. The thing I like most is the open door policy of the Director and the way he listen to employee no matter what their level are.
