If you want to give up all your free time, have incompetent managers and be under paid then this is the perfect place to work.
You WILL work overtime and not be paid or compensated.
The scientist staff turnover is extremely high. This company is not financial stable with regards to its work force.
They will hire a wide range of backgrounds and provide inadequate training to perform critical tasks.
The entire company has a horrible communication culture. Information is often given out last minute and work is assigned with little preparation or concern for the safety and potential hazards lab staff might encounter.
Benefits are limited and the health insurance has high deductibles.
poor communication, low salaries, high stress environment, work nights and weekends often with out compensation.

Reviewing and auditing laboratory results for compliance and completeness. identifying, recommending improvements in SOP's. Learned more about auditing, working with groups, other people, lab analysis and data. The management was went above and beyond to make you feel a part of the company. All my co-workers were always willing to lend a hand and help in any way possible. The hardest part of the job was sitting all day. The most enjoyable part was having a job and being around other people who had jobs and cared about their work and compnay.

Good place to learn the ins and outs of woriking in an GMP and GLP environment. The work is interesting and co-workers for the most part are fun to work with. Scheduling is an issue which results in a roller-coaster type work fluctuation, slammed for weeks and nothing for weeks. Going the extra mile, such as staying late, working weekends and holidays to meet deadlines goes unrecognized by management. Overall this is a good place to work, just don't make it the last stop.
