Anchor Bank
Customer Service Supervisor (Former Employee), Puyallup, WAJune 6, 2014
Pros: great people, great customers, great training.
Cons: personal goals conflicted with schedule.
I thoroughly enjoyed my co-workers, all of us really worked as a team. Our customers really are the best customers, very nice it is because of them why the job was so enjoyable. The hardest part of the job was balancing my studies with my schedule and the travel times that included.

Great place to work and learn banking
Teller (Former Employee), Eden Prairie, MNFebruary 26, 2014
Pros: too many to count!
I can actually say my job was pretty fun and I really enjoyed my time there. Plus I got to work with some great people. The customer relationships are great. It's kind of like your co-workers and regular customers because a second family.

This bank is way more laid back than the larger banks, and your not just a number. They treat their employees very – more... well and there are plenty of opportunites to move up in the company. They actually encourage it.

I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. Especially if your a young person who isn't sure what you want to do with your life this is a great opportunity! – less
