Hourly Associate, Warner Robins, GA - January 23, 2017
This company has great pay and benefits to offer. The work schedule is a bit challenging for those that aren't use to working rotational seven day work weeks. If you can handle that then you will be fine. The management team I feel needs a little more stability. There is definitely a high turnover rate for supervisors, and no one hourly will do it. They are simply scared of getting fired. This is due to the fact of simply not enough training given to them. Anchor has been around for years, but really needs a lot of maintenance updates within the company. For the Warner Robins area this is pretty much the best place to work as far as compensation goes. Hope this really helps!!!
