This job was a great stepping stone. I learned alot and was given time to grow and become an expert at Help Desk Services at a smaller company.
Each day I would spend over 50% of my time answering help desk calls.
I out grew the positions, even though at this job I was also promoted.
I left this job for a bigger, growing environment
