A typical day at work is taking incoming calls from members and non members to answer questions, assist with account maintenance, and take member transactions. My co-workers are very friendly, helpful, and make work enjoyable. The hardest part of this job is trying to calm down irate members. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to successfully assist a member because they really appreciate the effort that is put in to assist them.

Senior Management Lacks Integrity and Doesn't Support Staff

There is poor communication from senior management. C-Level provides no leadership, no goals and very little insight on the direction of the organization. If you are new to the organization, your employment will be a revolving door. Middle management and staff are a great group of hard working people. Senior management doesn't value the quality and work ethic they bring to the organization. If you are looking for a company with sound business practices, collaboration among all levels of staff and an environment of helping others succeed, you should look elsewhere.

lack of leadership, unequal treatment of staff, disconnect between c-level and rest of the organization.

Co-workers were great
There were a lot of miscommunications throughout the different departments. Most people didn't want to take responsibility if it wasn't their "job"

A typical day at work i would have to come in log in my computer and edit addresses and send out bank summaries. Around maybe 10am i would have to start on Loan, Savings, and Checking deposits. I would also have to edit any errors in the customers file.

Typical day at work includes answering phones, disbursing loans, updating loan applications and assorting mail.Establishes and maintains files for letters, memorandums, and other office correspondence and arranges in alphabetical, numerical, and subject matter, etc. Photocopies material for mass mailings, internal distribution, filing, etc.
I have learned how to handle multi task on a daily basis without getting stressed out.
The most enjoyaable part of the job is helping customers when they need it most.
