Manager was very rude and unkind. The place was very messy and un-sanitized. Overall, the tips were ok. Great experience.

At this job I learn how to be out spoken and actually talk to strangers and come out of my shy shell.

Co-workers were good people but lacked hard work. Poor ownership led to the downfall.

Cook (Former Employee), Jacksonville, NCNovember 7, 2013
Pros: learning experience
Cons: cooks aren't allowed tips
The managers and other co-workers were very friendly. I enjoyed learning how to cook on the grill. The hardest part is cleaning the grill being we have to scrub it down. We all helped each other out when needed. If a waitress couldn't get to a table someone available would attend to the table.

Server (Current Employee), Morrisville, NCJuly 17, 2013
There really isn't a typical work day. Some days we're slow and some days we're fast. It just all depends on the day of the week. I love working with my co-workers. They are extremely easy to get along with and they are friendly. The manager is also a great person. Since this is my first time working in a restaurant I've learned just about the basics. How to write the abbreviations for the food and how to assist guest on questions they have about the menu.

COOK (Former Employee), Grifton, North CarolinaMarch 30, 2013
Its was a great place to work friendly and relaxed. A typical day at work would be I would go put on my apron clock in then stand at the grill and cook. I learned lots of things at the job like cooking, treating customers with the most respect. The co workers were young and friendly. The most enjoyable part of my job honestly was just being there because it was a nice environment.

Gained a lot of expereince
Cook/Cashier (Former Employee), Vanceboro, NCMarch 27, 2013
A typical day at work was cooking fries and burgers for the most part and cleaning up by the end of the night.

I learn a lot of people skills, cashier skills and cook skills as well.

Management was pretty good, the manager did her job pretty well

Me and my co-workers got along just fine, they never griped about anything and neither did I, we all done our jobs

the hardest part of the job was taking out the trash...but then again that wasn't hard either

the most enjoyable part of the job was satisfying costumers
