We are a leading distributor of telecommunication products, including prepaid long-distance calling cards catering to the Hispanic Market, and are seeking an ambitious, passionate and tireless individual to partner with us by joining our field sales team. Experience selling to Hispanic and other ethnic convenience and grocery-type stores is preferred.
We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional who is driven by performance-based compensation in a demanding and highly competitive industry. Entrepreneurial selling skills, proven sales track record and experience in providing high quality customer service is a must.
- Maintenance of existing accounts and new business development within assigned territory
- Achieve productivity and revenue requirements on a consistent basis
- Minimum daily productivity requirement is 10 to 12 visits per day
- Adhere to company requirements as related to market penetration of new products
- Provide high quality customer service to the entire account base
- Learn and comply with Merchandising standards/POS placement
- Become thoroughly familiar with our product as well as our competitor's products
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Outside / On-Location Sales Experience (DSD - Direct Store Delivery)
- Flexible schedule including occasional weekend work
- Goal oriented / Highly MONEY motivated
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Ability to drive for long periods of time
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
Base Salary + Monthly Commissions with potential to earn $50K annually
