Do you work at Anheuser-Busch? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in?

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Anheuser-Busch? Any advice on striking the right note?

I work for A.B. and I think they do more for their employees than is seen just at the workplace. Here's an example of how just being an AB employee got me cheap sattelite TV! Two weeks ago I was looking thru our intranet site and saw a discount for DirecTV sattelite. I called the 800 number on our intranet site and got an AB employee discount of $26 less than what the normal guy pays for DirecTV (or normal lady...my mother just got set up at the regular price). I told my neighbor about how much I liked DTV and he signed up too, which I couldn't be too mad about because I got $100 in the mail for a referral. This being said, if you check it out let them know Slappy Happy Jim sent you! Just another instance of A.B. taking care of its employees on and off the workplace.

As someone else commented, there was an ad posted for a job in Orlando which I could not find on the website I was directed to to apply. How can such a big company be so disorganized?

they are a total predator sweatshop environment to boot. managers are real ...holes to the employees. Total hostile environment and most managers are never around but still want to micromanage

For being a fortune 500 company, they don'y pay there employees what they are worth. Anheuser-Busch is turnng more and more into coorporate America company. I have a degree and plenty of experience, and only make 45,000. I have had other offers with my experience for double and a half.
