You show up on time, and you follow the rules handed down to you and you should love this job. Some required out of town for installation of feed equipment and with that comes overtime.
As long as you show effort and try to keep learning and adhere to the changes, you shouldn't have a problem working at Animal Health Int.
Management is pretty good, a lot of miscommunication problems. The hardest part is working long hours sometimes over night shifts to complete a install that's required to be online the following morning.
