The doctors and staff here are caring, friendly, and extremely talented at what they do. The training and support is amazing here. The manager is also caring and will go out of her way to try to do what's best for the team and the hospital. Of course this means not everyone is always happy with the outcome, but that's to be expected. Sometimes hours have to get cut, which can get rough. Management above the hospital level is generally pretty good. The pay is a bit better than average, with discounts being very good, scrubs paid for, and some level of continuing education compensation. The insurance benefits are very expensive. Your day is generally a steady busy level, though some days are pretty sparse and others it seems every one of your clients must have a sick pet. The clientele is excellent! One of the unique features of this clinic is dental specialty services. Other area clinics actually refer their patients to this hospital when there are more complicated procedures (like a route canal or jaw fracture, for example). They also see exotic pets (birds, rabbits, small mammals, the occasional reptile).
