Registered Nurse (Former Employee) – Kaneohe, HI – September 9, 2017
Typical day was approximately 18 patients to one RN. On a good day, there would be at least 3 nurse's aides to help assist. Management was always there to help with patient care and help with placing orders. But in general, care homes need much more help than they have.
Great coworkers, great benefits, management can be improved
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – Kaneohe, HI – May 3, 2017
I love going to work for two reasons, my coworkers and residents. I have learned many skills here and I believe this is a good work place for those who just became CNAs because there are a lot of good CNAs who train incoming workers well.
Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – Kaneohe, HI – March 3, 2017
Their environment is okay, not something that I'd want to work forever. Co-workers are unfriendly, same as management. If you were to ask any other person that works there they'd say their "PENNY PINCHERS" and you really have to monitor how many hours you work.
Licensed Practical Nurse (Former Employee) – Kaneohe, HI – December 29, 2016
Awesome place to work. Loved my nursing supervisor and coworkers. Would definitely work here again. I learned a lot while working here. Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked as a certified nurses aide for over 10 years.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Oahu, Hawaii – April 1, 2014
direct patient care, learned to always have a positive attitude, and to work really hard, management was ok, co workers were ok, hardest part was working short staffed, most enjoyable part was seen my patients happy.
