Day to day activities normally involve answering customer service calls/emails and dealing with clients. While the environment is relaxed and enjoyable, it is also often times filled with stress coming at all angles. Your workload and feedback is often not considered when higher ups decide they want something to be done, even if its something you feel your client won't need. It's a lot of being the lowest man on the totem poll, which comes with really low pay. The people are great, but the work and pay aren't.
