Many great people, but also people who didn't do their job

On my project, I found that most people simply didn't do their jobs and were unavailable during most of the work day (all worked remotely).
My manager on the Member Services project often made mistakes b/c she was unwilling to admit that she did not know how to use the Anthem tools. She played favorites esp w/ people who were often missing 6 or more hours out of the working day.
Other people I worked with were, especially at the higher level of managers, product owners, business process improvers, and more) a delight and came back to me to help them on a multitude of projects, beyond my limited project scope. Many recommended me for a full-time position
When I worked at WellPoint (now Anthem, I had a fabulous manager who kept me busy and called me her "go to girl" on that high priority, deadline driven project.
Some great connections and opportunities.
