Minimum of 2 years experience; prior restaurant experience
Candidates should also have the ability to show initiative and self manage. Job duties include but are not limited to: Overall supervision of the entire restaurant, excellent customer service, inventory, ordering, P&L including food and labor costs, ability to drive sales, hiring and training and meeting company standards.
